Develop disdain for the little people. Whilst it is they that you
must rule over, they really are a lot of trouble, generally smell
and are made up of ghastly people you wouldn’t want to have
anywhere near you at a decent dinner party. Their role is to
serve the National Interest - your interest.
Remember they really are worthless and you don't even need
their vote - so you can steer clear of them!
